  • The Online Store only charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site that is to be shipped to a Maryland address.  The Maryland sales tax rate is 6% of the merchandise total.



  • Return Policy

  • CUSTOM THERMOELECTRIC RETURN POLICY and RETURN GUIDELINES

    All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which can be obtained by contacting our Customer Service department.  Please call 443-926-9135 ext 2 or email temodule@customthermoelectric.com and request an RMA number. Please indicate a specific reason for the return.

    Merchandise under this Return Policy may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund, or b) within 90 days of the original invoice date for a replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

    Please save all packaging and accessories for any item that is returned to Custom Thermoelectric. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, documents and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Custom Thermoelectric to process your RMA.  An item returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at Custom Thermoelectric's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. All items sold through www.Shop.CustomThermoelectric.com are subject to our Custom Thermoelectric Return Policy.  Physically damaged or used items cannot be returned.

    All returns for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

    All returns for a refund are subject to a 100% re-testing to confirm that the product is undamaged, unused, and in 100% working condition. Refunds will ONLY be issued after this re-testing and verification is completed. Any items found to be used, damaged, or altered in any way will be refused RMA service and NO refund will be issued.
